Do I need consultation?

• It is highly advisable but not a must. This would allow us to discuss your project, create a plan, scope of work and a shopping list. This will allow us more time to spend organising and styling your home once we have a plan in mind.

What happens with my excess stuff from decluttering?

When decluttering, we would section items that are unwanted in few categories:

• Donations - Items that are in good condition and you are willing to donate to people in need. We can take 2 bags for you on your behalf or you can donate to the charity of your preference.

• Selling - If there are things of value and you are willing to sell, we can provide you with advice of where you can sell them for some extra cash.

• Rubbish - There might be things that are broken or damaged and no longer serves the purpose, we can advise and support you in letting them go.

• Undecided - There might be a pile of things you are unsure about, to keep or not to keep. Placing them in a pile and coming back to them might be a good idea.

Do you have to be home?

• When it comes to decluttering, we would love your input, it is more of a personalised service and your input would be needed. This process can be fun too, some music, socialising while we’re smashing through the wardrobes and cabinets.

• Organisation, Styling and Home Staging does not require any assistance on your end but you are welcome to stay.

Do you clean?

• While we don’t offer cleaning services, we do a light wipe-down of the areas we work on. After completing the project, we vacuum the workspace and dispose of any rubbish we’ve created.

What is involved in decluttering ?

• We provide decluttering services for clients with a typical level of excess belongings. However, we’re unable to take on hoarding or extreme clutter cases due to resource limitations. For these situations, we recommend consulting specialists who are equipped to handle them effectively.
